Privacy and research submissions.
Browsing and browser storage
You do not need an account to compare offers. Your shortlist stores selected offer IDs in your browser; saved facts are refreshed from the catalog. Your theme preference is also stored on the device. You can clear the shortlist in the interface or remove this site’s data through your browser settings.
Provider requests and offer corrections
Provider requests include the name and website you submit. Correction reports include your explanation, suggested correction, evidence URL and a server-owned snapshot of the offer being reported. Form drafts may be kept in your browser while you finish them. Submissions are stored in a private review queue for the maintainer; they are not published automatically.
Do not include passwords, API keys, payment information or other secrets in a report. Use a public evidence link where possible. If you need help locating or removing a submission, contact [email protected] and include its reference if you have one.
Connections and provider links
Web requests pass through the hosting infrastructure and Cloudflare, which receive connection information such as your IP address. Following a provider link opens that provider’s website, where its own privacy practices apply. RackRadar’s comparison does not require you to send your shortlist or contact details to a provider.
